North American Graphics Invited to Judge Beverage Packaging Design Contest
The Colored by INX Can Design Contest celebrates and promotes the best-of-the-best in beverage can design. An independent panel of six judges representing brand design, color and print communities reviews and makes selections during the voting process. Mike Grady, Senior Vice President, was invited to join the judges panel for the third annual Colored by INX Can Design Contest.
The 2021 winner of this packaging design contest was Jameson Campbell with his can Crushworthy Lo-Cal Citrus Wheat submitted by Great Lakes Brewing Company. “We launched our new canning line just as the pandemic hit. With more competition than ever, we knew our debut cans needed to have an immediate visual impact to make our brand shine on the shelf,” said Jameson Campbell (Source: INX Press Release).
“Metal decorating is both an art and science,” said Mike Grady. “Designers, empowered by technical resources such as the INX Color Catalog bring brands to life with color and incredible creativity. Selecting, communicating, and approving color efficiently helps reduce lead times and gets labels to market quicker. As part of a team dedicated to the craft of packaging graphics, I am honored to be selected to participate on the panel of experts judging the work of so many beverage brands. May the best can win!”
The 2022 package design contest is open for entries with a deadline of April 29th for submissions.
